1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once you place your order, our warehouse team will ship it out within 5-7 business days. You can expect to receive your package within 2-4 business weeks.

Also, factor in any possible delays caused by your local customs.

We are not held accountable for any shipment delays caused by the carrier or for delays in transits. Please contact the shipment carrier directly with your tracking number.

2 HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?.

Returns are accepted for all items within 30 days of purchase. Please visit our returns page to initiate the returns process.

3. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a true tracking number once your order shipped out. You can also track it in a few days later because the tracking information usually updates in 1-3 working days.

4. HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We understand that people sometimes have a change of heart. This is why we allow a 24 hour window for you send us a message using our Contact Us form.

After that time, your package will be in the middle of the ordering process and can not be stopped. When you receive the item and still would like to return it we will be happy to assist you.

5. SHIPPING FEE

We offer free standard shipping for orders. If you wanna express shipping, we would offer the best discount for you. If you place bulk orders, we may offer free express shipping as well.
